Follow these steps to delete your account:
- To make a deletion request, please contact us at developer@tinker.ly and include a reason for the deletion.
- Please include the subject line Account Deletion Request in your email.
- Mention three fields in the email: registered phone number, name, and email address i.e. updated in your profile.
- Remember to use the information you entered into the app in the email id so that we can easily confirm your identity and serve your request.
Our team representative will respond to your account deletion request with a “Account Deletion Confirmation” email within 48 hours.
We will delete or anonymize all of your personal information from our systems so that it can never be linked back to you. All of the user’s personal information, activity (likes, shares, and comments), and other support history associated with the account will no longer be recoverable after deletion. Following the completion of the deletion:
- We will be unable to recover any user content.
- Your Let’s Tinker app account will be permanently deleted. Your account will not be restored if it is deleted – Account Deletion is Permanent.
Yes, after successfully deleting your account, you can use the same email address and phone number to create a new Let’s Tinker app account.
No, there is no way to reclaim any of the information associated with your Let’s Tinker account once it has been successfully deleted from our systems.
